End-User License Agreement (EULA) of SnapTube Video Download & Edit

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms under which you, the end user, are permitted to install and use the SnapTube Video Download & Edit application ("Software"). By installing, accessing, or using this Software—whether obtained directly from SnapTube Video Download & Edit or through an authorized partner—you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Acceptance

By selecting "Accept" or installing the Software, you confirm your understanding and consent to the terms listed below. If you're acting on behalf of an organization, you certify that you have the authority to bind that organization to this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms or lack such authority, do not proceed with installation or use.

2. Scope of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on your personal device (e.g., mobile phone, tablet, or computer).

You agree NOT to:

  • Alter, translate, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Software.
  • Use the Software to develop competing products.
  • Sell, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the Software commercially.
  • Violate any applicable laws using the Software.
  • Allow others to use the Software under your license.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Software remain the sole property of SnapTube Video Download & Edit. This includes all updates, modifications, or enhancements. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.

We reserve the right to offer licenses to others under separate agreements.

4. Updates & Additional Features

Any updates or upgrades provided are subject to this same Agreement unless explicitly stated otherwise. Additional terms may accompany future features or enhancements.

5. Termination

This license begins when you first use the Software and continues until either party terminates it. You may discontinue use and delete the app at any time.

We may revoke this license without notice if you breach any part of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete the Software from your devices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SnapTube Video Download & Edit does not guarantee the performance, reliability, or suitability of the Software for your intended purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SnapTube Video Download & Edit will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in your region, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
